N.K. Enterprise, the manufacturer behind the Delite brand, was founded in 1996 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. What began as a regional supplier of construction bonding agents has grown into a nationally recognised manufacturer — delivering premium tile adhesives, epoxy grouts, polymer mortars and specialised construction solutions to contractors, architects and infrastructure developers across all 28 states of India.

Mr. Nirmal Patel started N.K. Enterprise in 1996 with a conviction that India's construction sector deserved locally manufactured products that matched international quality standards. Beginning with a small production unit and a deep knowledge of polymer chemistry, he built Delite from the ground up — without external investment, without compromising on formulation.

Today, as Founder and Managing Director, he personally oversees product development and quality assurance, ensuring every batch of Delite adhesive that leaves the facility meets the same standard he set 28 years ago. His philosophy: a product should solve a real problem better than anything else on the market, or it should not exist.
